Question..Can Qualcomm sell 3G UMTS Chips in China in 2005-2007...without supporting TDD...or is FDD/TDD and TD-SCDMA irrelevant in Qualcomm's future ? TIA

huh? All that means is that a China chip foundry would manufacture QCOM's chips in addition to IBM and TSM. It's simply a way for QCOM to make more of their chips.
