Dazed and confused, weby. (edit)

I'm still just as concerned about the cash flow, and almost as concerned as I was about the equity, and I've been disappointed about the progress up to now.

But I don't think I've expressed myself in a new way about the scope of the opportunity. And whether Wave - the company, as opposed to its shareholders - makes strides towards achieving its goal remains an open question. I don't think I am second to anyone in my sense of market scale. In fact, I've said the same things for years and years. All I pointed out this morning was that a whole bunch of strategic pieces are in place for them to have a shot at success. It is still up to the company to execute.

The future progress may indeed be very strong. But to determine the risk, I also look at the risk factors. Just because I think the risks have risen doesn't mean I think the potential opportunity has disappeared or even declined in scope. Many things can be true at the same time. Some positive. Some negative.

There are some folks that read my posts as individual snapshots. Today alea hates Wave. Yesterday he loved it. What's with that?

Taken together over time, I think I've been consistent. Dilution, cash flows, the integrity of management, communications - these things are concerns which I hit on frequently. Opportunity, and strategic manoeuvring - these things have remained much the same in my posts for years. Uncertainty of outcome is my theme, and will be until the outcome is known, for good or ill. I don't claim to know the future.
