Shareholders' best interests would be to band together and sue the pants offa all the corporate officers AND the company. Of course, they probably don't have the funds to hire the necessary talent, but it would be their only chance to get the answers they profess to want...and might even result in some disgorgement to shareholders before the dough is all gone or squirrelled away...
