There is a difference between a post that attacks the CEO and one that attacks another poster. The first is permissible because it relates to the company and the stock, the second violates the TOU.

Someone who does not agree with you is not necessarily a nefarious person.
Someone who had the shareholders best interests at heart would tell them to stay far away from anything RPH was involved in.
