I think it might be more of an incentive to buy in if they weren't selling their own stock. Why buy it if TJAS is just going to get what he can for it over.023. I would also think just as soon as they sell out another s-8 will be filed. It would be different if a company would tell you how the proceeds are going to be used and how it would benefit the shareholders. A company with great business prospects should be able to go to a bank or obtain other financing and not have to sell millions of penny stock. Why would a person think that this company would do anything different from any other otc companies of the same caliber? IE;(list too long to even start)
