The only problem with the 3rd issue is NOKIA..

They started all this Litigation and by doing so has allowed other 3G IPR licensing companies to file other patents over the last 3 years.

Now,the average investors cannot make up their mind as to who owns what in the 3G area!

What a Freaking mess...

It seems like the bigger the company is[NOKIA],the more they try to push around the little guy[IDCC]..
