What would you prefer? Sell no shares via private placement to investors willing to help keep the company afloat, or simply have the company fold up and cease to exist? Everyone loses in that scenario. I could care less about some current dilution, as long as they can get the financials out and move past the current obstacles.

I can tell you that employees are NOT being paid. The fact that they have agreed to continue to work while receiving no paycheck or shares should make everyone wonder what they see coming down the pipe that is worth the sacrifice.

I'm buying as much as I can at these prices. I'm sure the guys over on RB will have a field day with this one. I won't lose any sleep over posts by people whose sole interest in the company is to feed each other's egos.
