NSS is being admited by the SEC.

It is documented on the CMKX official website.

The way NSS was accomplished was because the SEC had a bug in their System at the time.

Think it through and you will begin to see the big picture.

It doesn't matter that it was done illegally by one individual interally but the fact remains that the SEC never caught on.

They have failed, the brokers have failed, how many other companies have managed to sell more shares on the market than were available to the public.
