A Life Changing Event is Upon US ...
I have figured it out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm impressed everyone is cooperating, even the SEC very recently had a huge meeting and my gut feeling says it involved CMKX !

This document explains so much and proves the SEC's failure:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2008/comp20519.pdf

From December 2002 to September 2004 1st Global issued over 589 billion shares of CMKM stock in Certificate form without a restrictive legend to Edward and others.

- please note that a restrictive legend is a statement placed upon a stock certificate stating that the stock is not registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 5 of the Securities Act and that ownership interest of stock represented by the certificate can't be sold or transferred without registration or existance of a valid exemption from registration. This restrictive legent on the stock certificate forecloses future sale or distribution of that stock certificate until issuer's transfer agent removes the legend by reissuing the certificate without the legend being present.
The absence of this restrictive legend on a stock certificate creates a false impression that the stock it represents is subject of a registration statement with the Commission !!!

Also even after Commission ordered a 10-day trading suspension, CMKM continued to sell stocks ! Only did they stop after the hearing was held and negative information about the company was made public !
The SEC never stepped in !

This is a failure of the STOCK Market System !!!

This is a failure to have adequate regulatory system of checking Transfer Agents !!!

A failure of the regulatory system of our Brokers !!!

Perhpas we should print some funny money and put it into our accounts, lets see how quickly they will catch on.

No wonder TD is not accepting any Certificates back !!! There you have it !!!

TD Waterhouse does not trust the validity of the Certs they have requested for us. !!! They do not trust the Transfer Agent !!!
One regulatory body does not trust the other !!!
Whats next the SEC doesn't trust the Brokers...

This is incredible!!!

The Answer we were looking for. Somone is in big trouble !!! ha ha ha

Have a great weekend guys.

CMKX To DA MOON.

On a slow day the Trading volume of CMKM Diamonds was 2 billion while Edwards was raking in Millions over and over in multiple accounts.
The SEC admitted to having a Glitch in the computer system at the time as per their own documenation.
Over 622 billion shares of phony unrestricted stock traded because Lawyer Brian Dvorak, issued hundreds of bogus opinion letters for the company and the SEC blames it on a computer Glitch. "Nonetheless, CMKM's transfer agent, which was owned and run by Helen Bagley, issued sheaves of unlegended stock certificates." Ms. Bagley and her transfer agent company, 1st Global Stock Transfer, are also named in the lawsuit.
Mr. Edwards and others deposited the certificates with various broker-dealers, including NevWest Securities Corp., and then dumped them into the market.
'Naked short selling' has in fact taken place because the SEC the MM's were selling us illegal shares. The SEC should have realized something was off !!!
The SEC never thought something was wrong even with such a high daily trading volume ? Wow that must have been some computer Glitch ?
In fact, through much of the promotion CMKM registered daily volumes of more than five billion shares, exceeded 10 billion shares on many occasions and once notched a staggering volume of more than 39.6 billion shares in a single session.
Yes there was a day when the volume went past 40 billion shares I'm betting few people realize it went that high!
As previously reported by Stockwatch, the phenomenal CMKM trading triggered a 32-bit signed integer glitch that evidently went undetected by all quote services except Stockwatch.
Don't you love the wording being used a COMPUTER integer Glitch!!! LOL
In simple terms, because of the undetected glitch, quote services such as Bloomberg, which the SEC relied upon for trading data in its earlier administrative proceeding against CMKM, could not accurately report volumes that exceeded 2,147,483,647 shares. WOW poor SEC !!!
Stockwatch finally discovered the 32-bit integer issue, created a fix and accurately reported the daily trading volumes.
While CMKM never did open an office in Antwerp, it also attract a number of Belgian investors.
So we have massive Worldwide Fraud that the SEC never Caught !!!
When casavant found out what was happening he brought in some experts to help him save the company like Roger glenn and Maheu. Roger Glenn was a sec investigator and Mr. Maheu has done countless work for the FBI and the CIA. His company Global intelligence played a role in bringing down stock schemes before. Perhaps this was used to expose the systemic problem of clearing unregistered shares through the DTC and major brokage houses.
How could 622 billion unregistered shares not be caught and have multiple dividends paid and CERTS issued ?This was the biggest cert pull in history!
Assets of the company were passed to Entourage in exchange for 60% of that company, yet for some reason none of these shares can be distributed ?

The SEC called it an integer Glitch when they failed to see Millions of dollars of stock of CMKX being traded by MM's

Maybe the MM's had a brain fart when they took these shares, the huge commision they made too ?

Lets face it Bill Gates got ritch not just by being a smart man, or by being determined, and hardworking.
You need more than that to make as much money as he has.
No doubt Bill did everything he could to steer IBM into making that blunder, and he has done an excellent job of exploiting it, but if there had been one person with a brain on IBM's side, Microsoft's future would have been very different(yes the DOS operating system). Microsoft at that stage had little leverage over IBM. They were effectively a component supplier. If IBM had required an exclusive license, as they should have, Microsoft would still have signed the deal.
If IBM hadn't made this mistake, Microsoft would still have been a successful company, but it could not have grown so big so fast. Bill Gates would be rich, but he'd be somewhere near the bottom of the Forbes 400 with the other guys his age.

So you need to be very lucky!

So here we are there is a large random factor in the success of any company including CMKX.

Thousands of us holding certificates that should have never been issued in its current form by a Transfer Agent.

Billions or Trillions of CMKX shares being converted into cash under the supervision of the SEC, and illegally provided to us by our Brokers.

Feeling very lucky yet!

You should as these institutions have defrauded thousands and thousands of investors.

Sometimes an event like this is what it takes for people to wake up that NSS is possible. We are living proof of that.

We are like Bill Gates in a fortunate position.

There are a lot of ways to get rich and the thousands of shareholders who bought CMKX don't realize how very fortunate we are to have done this.

Some of the greates fortunes have probably involved some illegalality and luck.

When do we get paid ? I can tell you for certain that we are going to get paid, but when is more difficult as it will be determined how much noise we make.

Can you guys make noise ?

Every time thousands of people make noise to the right people things tend to move along faster.

Remember that it is the squeaky wheel ALWAYS get s the oil...
