Lol. Well said. Though it may take them six or eight months, assuming good weather, to get that press release together.

We were notified on February 25th (if memory serves) that they would not meet their February 28th opening date for their store. Well, it's now been 10 weeks since the planned opening date and there is no store and there is no news. Do you think it's possible that they knew in January that they wouldn't hit that February 28th date? Do you think the folks who got out knew?

It hasn't escaped my attention that ST stopped pumping the stock well prior to the announcement of the failure to open the store. In Watergate terms, what did he know and when did he know it? (I'm not suggesting he traded on the knowledge or benefitted personally, just that the timing is quite coincidental.)

But I'm not sure Mgt is getting rich since they've displayed unusual incompetence. Honestly, if these guys walk away with folding money in their pockets I'd be surprised. They may not even have enough for a cup of coffee.
