They clearly said none of ERHC's West African Assets will be involved. N-O-N-E.

That's makes me wonder what assets NewCo would have, but it ain't ERHC's.

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
