Ruby1100; the hair on this Dog...We shareholders of ERHC own ( for example 26.7% of BL4 ) if BL4 becomes a subsidiary of ERHC and it trades on the AIM ...who has more ownership of BL4, we here at ERHC or the subsidiary ? .... imho if there are more owners... than someone has less than what they had before... What else would be the assets of the new investors...acreage,oil,cash...? Why not just buy shares of ERHC and own stock on all of our assets now... Hmmm ? glta Dig.
