Its a new house ,accually they are(builders) still building it.
It'l be ready in 3months.
Right now i live in 100 years old house..Its not that bad
But , love to live in brand new house...lol


yes..ERHC ..had some buyer commin in before close...
still holding ERHC ..and also HYPD.
