- Read all filling for RCO since January
- Read carefully Form 424B3 dated 2/27/04
- Pay particular attention to pages 16 & 17
- Look at the Outstanding Shares and Authorized Shares
- Study Warrant Shares, the Common Shares and the Preferred Shares
- 170m O/S vs over 400m Authorized with new filings
- Look at the exercising of warrants
- Look at the last couple days PPS and volume for RCO
- Look at the insider dumping
- Study the Stock Options recently filed
- Look at their web site/s
- Ramp Corp
- HealthRamp
- Frontline Communications
- Physicians Exchange
- Look at Ramp Corp’s fully owned subsidiaries
- Study the common elements and what each could do for the other.
