seeker1 what I find amazing is that the system can be so easily manipulated by scum like Robert/Dwight and cohorts.

The SEC really do a great job of protecting shareholders - they intercede at their own discretion once the bones have been picked clean and only on rare occasions do they actually take these felons to court.
