I understand what your saying Ic45, and I agree. But, Mina Mar is supposed to be doing this stuff for GLCC because Mina Mar is supposed to understand this stuff. GLCC is most likely just putting a signiture on the document, Mina Mar people are the ones writing and filing these things. Remember Mina Mar was in charge of getting them current status on pinksheets.com. Part of their business is doing this service for their clients. So far, they have failed in every regard. Maybe if the Chinese wrote and filed these things themselves, they could get the job done better. They couldn't do any worse.
