I think this piece of DD is the MOST SIGNIFICANT of ALL!!! Many thanks to Cashflo and all others who have tirelessly collected & reported DD to us over these many months, but we need to remember that most DD tells us only about the state of the company, not the intention of its executives. This piece of DD tells me something very worrisome about the intention of the executives.

Companies can choose to be executive-centric, or an investor friendly. I do not get the sense this is an investor friendly company, as we have heard NOTHING from the CEO suggesting a future direction for this company. I am tracking another banking stock on I-Hub, where its CEO has just held a second interview with shareholders to answer questions regarding the future direction of that company. We have heard nothing.

I am now envisioning a scenario where this company has raised enough money from the dilution of shares to conduct future business, and simply does not care what happens to the share price. If HCPC and all its related companies can pay each other LEGALLY, like paying Fisrtaccess, which is going directly into Ed Johnson's pocket, why would HCPC feel the need to raise the share price at all.

By diluting shares at $0.001, HCPC could have raised as much as $3 million over the last two months. I see them taking this money to fund the big loan and grow future business, but BUYBACK NO SHARES. I am aware the executives have 1.5 billion shares, but do we know for sure that every one of those shares was purchased at $0.05. Maybe 90% of them were purchased at 0.0002.

I am an investor in the company, I have a lot of shares in the company and I hope for good news at the end of May. But this piece of DD suggests to me that the ONLY news we will see at the end of May is the release of the audited financials. No PR of the big loan, no buyback. I'm expecting a small surge at the end of May to 0.0004 just before release of the audit, and if we're lucky, 0.001 after the PR, which will not be sustained because the o/s is so high.

I'm not trying to offend anyone's views, and I am trying to remain positive, but this piece of DD is very troubling to me.
