The mailing address was from the 8-k that I posted the link to which showed Richard Astrom whose email was rsa@stockholmcapitalgroup.com. http://www.zoominfo.com/people/Astrom_Richard_112985313.aspx
This link shows that he is the director of capital solutions inc and runs the business along with his son.
He also owns Genesis Capital Corp of Nevada. Knight Equity Markets LP owns a vested interest in Genesis as well. Knight Securities may better be known as Market Maker NITE.
I would imagine that it would make sense that Capital Solutions inc uses NITE as well.
