It's a good learning experience, the hard way, for a lot of newbies and some that should know better.

I see from scanning RB that many there really don't have a clue about S-8 stock, and a couple apparently think the company will get $6 million for them, others think it's an employee option plan, despite the fact that the word option never even appears in the filing.

The reality is that .03 valuation is only there to determine the registration fee.....cost them a whole $726.20 for that....par value is still .001.

S-8 stock is free trading right away, and the definition of "employee" and "consultant" is so wide ranging it's ridiculous.

What will the company get for those 200 million shares, well they got some legal work for a million of them, they'll probably use a whack of them for more promo, they might even give some to a couple of employees, they might reduce some debt if they can find creditors to take stock instead of cash.

IMO 99% of the time, S-8 flows out freely, and quickly.
