You say a stock symbol name change is ALWAYS required? Oh,indeed. Hmmm....I've been through many splits over the years and the ONLY time I ever had a stock change symbols was in a MERGER!
Now, sir, please explain why you believe a symbol name change is always required? I'd like to be enlightened.

In the case of E-21 is believe the only reason for the stock symbol change was to thrawt us EGLF
stock owners from playing with the rest of the Fat Cats!

Its akin to one changing his name because he had a shady past. True, if one digs deep enough his name change will be identified...but how many ordinary people ask: "Oh, by the way, did you ever go by another name?"
