Do you really not know the rules or just ignore them? Even if he had the phantom dividend shares which don't exist as an insider it would still be under the 1% rule so it would take him years to sell 29 Million.

You post shock statements that anyone with any knowledge knows is not possible.

Look at the stock again today up big in first half hour on very little volume. That is all I care about proves I am right about low float and very little selling....and NO DUMPING YOU DESCRIBE.
