WRONG AGAIN. I suggest if your broker told you that you get a new broker. If your brokerage house changed the description then they are wrong. The full description of the CUSIP assigned to the HLS Dividend is :IDS WORLDWIDE INC HLS WORLDWIDE INC RESTRICTED not IDS WORLDWIDE INC. RESTRICTED, always has been and has not changed.

Like I stated yesterday there is no magic that converts a dividend in a non-public company to a public company without a registration filing. Never has been a filing so again this is nothing but a myth.
