Recall that Globetel is still being sued by a couple of firms that helped them restate their 2004 & 2005 financials. My guess is that the firms helping them this time aren't releasing their work until they receive payment.

"The Company expects to be able to file audited financial statements on Form 10-K for 2006 and 2007 by March 31, 2008."
