Dr. Wallace Ching has been very busy with Hartcourt Capital, and is looking forward to making significant progress with several Chinese companies towards expanding their presence in the US.

IMHO....the inference is one that is positive & right in line w/ strategic plans for the Hartcourt Companies.....more specifically....Hartcourt Capital. The end game is to grow Hartcourt Capital into 1 (of several) profitable/contributors to Hartcourt Co. ----- and, by way of previous communication....for NOW....it sounds as though H.Capital is W.C.'s numero uno priority......he's got teammates behind him taking care of "other business" ---- doesn't mean he's NOT actively engaged in the process of the others.....just that central focus is on building Hartcourt Capital...........which when you analyze it.....makes the above "excerpt" from hrctweb.......logical !!
Additionally, if you closely examine W.C.'s credentials/background/strengths.......this make even MORE sense....."hit the ground running"..........going w/ what got you there in the first place ie. capital/venture cap/business building affilitations (( via PAMA )).
