Wow, thanks for the great news. As far as I know no brokerage will allow you to short a penny stock. That means MM's will be selling shares they don't have and for that to happen there needs to be a demand to buy.
BTW how will it be lower risk? Seems to me it would be a much higher risk. If the price goes up to .075 they've lost 50% and the reward is so much less than before.
Don't let your prejudices, assumptions and ego cause you to come to conclusions which on the surface seem sound and correct but in reality are flawed
