well, I dont believe that dilution, as in the company just dumped 300 million shares on the market, shows up as market trades. Thats usually something you can only find out with the TA. Now, I was just reading through the feb 3rd interview with the CEO where he states that in order to make acquisitions they will use stock, in the sentence after that he says that he does not believe they will need to dilute the stock shares. My point is, whether it be for acquisitions or paying off debts that the company has incurred, they are more than likely giving out their stock to companies or individuals who are in turn selling into news and volume. But thats just my opinion.
