Whether the proof is "solid" is questionable.

- Almost every day since 1/28 there has been a single AH trade for about 1/3 of the total volume of the day.

- PPS has gone steadily downhill since 1/28... not to mention since it started trading last May.

- The Co. will not disclose share count ... that said, they told a poster on Monday they would update pinksheets with share count "EOM", which I would assume to mean today, since today is the last day in April. Remains to be seen.

- Big selling on news

- Company refuses to acknowledge the AH trades, and has refused since they started. When they started the AH mess they were not printing select daytime trades and then mirroring them AH. Now they just do the AH trade.

any info/opinion is appreciated
