Followup to the reason for the Sanswire Inc registration in Fla.

1) For the Tao closing of Sanswire/Tao,

2) It is a solely owned subsidiary of Globtel, Tao doesn't want any involvement in gtems troubles.

Sure makes since to me,

Your scenario on the other hand should of occured June 2006.

It does bothers me that they are pushing this to the last moment.
It also bothers me that they seem to be in concert with the M&Ms
