You're not alone, See! I received my K-1 from UNG for last year late, too. My accountant didn't know what to do with it (nor did he understand how to report a 1031 Delayed Property Exchange), so I fired him. My new accountant still hasn't gotten 'round to doing my taxes. I usually do them myself, but this year was too complicated. What a PITA. . .
