Inside the report is a clue as to Globetel's relationship to the product from OA International as displayed on the hapschile site.

"Displays in the two huge Broadmoor Hotel event halls included model airships and solar powered UAVs as recently as two years ago. One small company, Sanswire, even enticed participants with a chance to pilot their airship in a simulation built around predicted flight parameters. Such displays were not evident. . ."

I discussed this relationship earlier http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=27678564

The old hapschile site shows their alliances as Sanswire, Globetel, and OAEnterprise. http://www.hapschile.cl/ (you have to click on one of the unlabeled target links in the menu section) My guess is they used the OA Software Development Kit to create the computer simulation. (Please note that the alliance is listed as OAEnterprise which is actually a product from OAInternational)

As this report shows, this work occurred around two years ago when the Sanswire Division had a home, a bunch of employees, and was, minimumly stated, much more active than they are today.
