The post should be the most important thing. And in a Utopian society it would be.
Utopian society defined as the following:
1. No one making 50-100 TOS reports every hour. 2. No one TOS reporting every single post made by any one user or any group of users. 3. Only one TOS report being made about a single post. 4. No one making TOS reports for the purpose of "making a point".
Would you prefer that equal weight be given to someone making dozens of TOS reports about every post you've made today over that of someone who makes two or three very relevant TOS reports in an average week?
Problem here is you want an objective judgement for a subjective problem.
Matt, has to decide if a post is or is not a TOS violation. If he chooses to make his life easier by ignoring the reports of busybody fussbudgets that had rather interfere with anyone and anything than really contribute to the community, then more power to him.
This goes for anyone still calling IH "toutville" or otherwise insisting that Matt is somehow unfair...
