Noone knows if other action will follow since Caroni seems to be a "loose cannon" bent on causing trouble any way possible.
He has noone to blame but himself.
He could have had all the technology tied up if he had only had an agreement signed giving ownership, of new discoveries, to the company.
Since he did not do that, in the vast majority of cases, the courts side with the inventor....guess who that is.
