It is the question of your style. You have your own judgement and decide whether to get in the game early based on the available information and you will get in very chaeap as is the current price share or should you wait for all the very hard facts and if they are favorable you will buy the stock at a 10 times higher price.
All the stocks here are pretty much speculative and everyone decides what they want to do, this is the bottom line.
Some companies say no RS and then they do it few months later, others says no share dilution while they are adding somehow. Even if any company says anything in this arena, you still have to be careful and have your own judgment.
All discussions so far are hyothetical, what people have to realize is the PPS is still very cheap for that reason and for the shorting, other wise, we would be trading much much higher IMO.
