The only flaw in that argument is that numbers are irrelevant in the ITC proceeding. This is about delay. Nothing more, nothing less. If nok can stay tied to sam, and Luckern keeps the suspention in force pending resolution of the arbitration (LOL), we will be into 7G before this is resolved. Although I can't quite put my finger on it, my gut tells me that nokia's failure to sign with IDCC has more to do with their fight with qualcomm, than their desire to save $.50-$1 per phone to IDCC.
