Maybe I am thinking a little like Wanda and still dont get why Nokia etal doesnt license with IDCC. Based I what I have read on this board the diff between what Nokia wants to pay and what IDCC expects to get is ??? .50 - 1.00 per device. Considering the cost of each device the extra .50-1.00 is negligible and can easily be passed to the consumer. Even if you say that the volume is so large that the extra .75 (average) adds hundreds of millions to the cost -so what - it would be reimbursed by the consumer. In the meantime both Nokia and IDCC are spending millions on legal fees.

The only rational that I come up with is that every patent holder would come out of the woodwork and want to be paid and Nokia etal is trying to prevent that. But in our case "IDCC" has the goods proven by the UK judge.

Still dont understand why this is continuing
