The information pertaining to a bid of 1,000,000,000 has been proven incorrect.

Of course, it has been proven to me by me. I called Ameritrade and they said the largest bid at the time was 9,000,000...which is a little smaller than 1,000,000,000.

This is a perfect example of how misinformation runs like wildfire here.

I'm sure you don't want to believe me, so why don't you call your broker and ask. While I'm sure you won't believe a word I say, you might believe them.
