My antivirus software just popped up to tell me to run the scan. It picked up something but I'm not sure what it means.

Under the "event" it says:
"Application/Leak Test A" hacking tool detected
Notified by on demand antivirus scan
Location c:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\O3UVWVU5\LeakTest[1].exe
Date 4/17/04 8:57:02
Result: Eliminated

What does that mean? Was I hacked?
I am also confused because it says IE5.0 and I use IE6
