Just spoke with John Young.

His statement:

"I have not been with Paychest since the January timeframe. When the financials did not come out, that was the last straw."

When I asked specifically if he had told anyone about an update this week, he laughed and said "not at all" and reiterated that he is not with Paychest. He also noted that he has told many people this. I then said " so anyone saying you stated that news or an update was forthcoming this week is lying".

He said yes.

Not saying that something isn't happening, but this stuff about Young calling shareholders is complete BS.
