Jiff--I believe the uncertainty as to delay time involved in the Nokia/IDCC appeal will convince him to sever and move forward with Samsung. Although the ready week for the appeal is the middle of June, there is no guarantee as to when a written decision will be issued, although it could be quick. But then, it could involve a remand to Judge Batts, which would create more delay. In looking at the situation in its entirety, I think the ALJ will conclude separation makes sense. IMHO
