One thing I don't understand in all this. Why would Russia let a foreign owned comany, let alone a company from the USA, be in a postion to own so much of their nuclear industry? The only thing that makes sense to me is that NNRI will be allowed to grow to a certain size and then be bought out by the Russians. Or, another possibility would be that NNRI is nationalized. If that happened, we would be left with nothing.
