"why hasn't the company updated the share structure in 2 months..."

It makes sense not to update it if it's constantly changing. I feel more confident that a buyback is happening. I hate to hope without proof, but it feels like a buyback...all this accumulation below the ask in seemingly programmed trades (except in the last few weeks) and the silence from the company (to keep the pps down, I assume.) Also, our CEO made a point of reasserting the intention to buy back shares when prudent, and the websight acts as a PR that a 600 M loan has closed.

If it's all a lie, and they are keeping the pps down so they can dilute at a lower price than a pump and dump becuz they want LESS money from it...and risking jail time for lying to shareholders in their official website, then the sky isn't blue...(I know, it isn't blue...physicists just be quiet.)
