Just an FYI:

I received nothing new on the incident claim from Ameritrade that was filed last Friday. Not sure how long these things take, but if i here nothing tommorrow, i will contact Ameritrade Wednesday to see where they sit.

It sounds like, simply, Conrad only needs to contact Ameritrade and tell them that certs can be transacted electronically, and physical transactions were never requested by 8000 Inc.
