They certainly did release a PR last week.

It said something like, 'remember when we told you that you'd see financial information in mid-April? We lied, but thanks for buying our stock. Watch for all of our financial information to come out, oh I don't know, maybe late May? Yeah, that's it. Late May. Until then, please chat about a buyback that is not going to happen and DO NOT SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT US or we'll unleash the cyber dogs on you."
