Looking closely at all of them - you can develop a pattern of share structure changes (IE mokeying with the float, class B's with super voting rights that kill the shareholder etc etc) and the end result - look at the PPS of all the above companies - downhill - most to sub penny.
The end result is always the same. Most of the time these companies are nothing more than websites. There are no offices, no staff and more importantly - no revenue. Hell half these companies do not even list a phone number - just a number to IR (whoever that may be).
