Can anyone tell me what is meant by this? It's in the latest PR and I can't believe what I'm reading here. First they wipe out all previous shareholders with a ruthless R/S and in the same breath they dole out shares to there buddies in what appears to be precalculated dilution. "We were also very impressed about Mina Mar's concept to incorporate share distributions to outside shareholders as new companies are acquired" Well this takes the cake for shameless shareholder abuse don't you think. Dollars to donuts I know whose diseased morals conceived this manhandling. If this is not fraudulent I don't know what is. Did I not say this would happen? Even I am stupefied at the swiftness of this brazen manipulation, what a pretentious rogue! If anyone can show me where the CEO or indeed the company is looking out for the shareholders best interests in this caper please enlighten me you have the floor. In this case who are the "OUTSIDE SHAREHOLDERS" Robertson and family?
