It woluld make more sense to have it delivered to the West Coast, closer to the vast majority of placer mining in the Western Hemisphere, than Georgia. IMO, no one is going to drive across the street to see some crated equipment. It would need to be assembled, probably on a paved area or in a warehouse. Then what would you have? Some stattionary machinery. A well done video, pictures and specifications would be more meanngfull to present to prospective buyers. Portland makes more sense than Georgia for an inspection setup. Everytime someone wants to look at it Drake would probably have to fly someone to Georgia.
Once the site is nearing completion, it could all be loaded on a couple of 40' floats and trucked to Georgia. The delta between Ocean transport from Thailand to Georgia can't be that much greater than trucking from the West Coast.
If this all comes to pass, rospective buyer will want to see it in operation.
