When site prep construction is under way, you wouldn't want a lot of mining equiment in the way. If equipment gets to Georgia early it will probably need to be off loaded in a rented storage area. A crane will have to be brought in to offload it. When they are ready to move, they will need to hire a truck and a crane to re-load the equioment. The crane will then have to be transported to the site. All the while, they will be paying rent on the shipping containers.
Are you still confident it will be on site before permitting is complete? If so, why?
