CC, you said "I ... "believe" the equipment assembly and delivery process started long ago." By a "long time ago" do you mean from early February when Drake said the equipment would be shipped as soon as possible?

Harbin's estimate of 4 to 6 months carries the permitting/ zoning process out to August - October. I'll explain how I came up with the "8 to 10 months, at least before the equipment is installed". I've used mid February as a start date, and added in the 4 - 6 months from mid April. That's 6 to 8 months, using " a long time ago" + harbin's estimate. Note. I said 8 to 10 months before the equipment is installed.

Once the permit is issued and zoning is approved , there is a site preparation phase that will take a month or so to accomplish, before the equipment will be installed.

* The site must be cleared and grubbed. Grubbing is removing top soil below the root line. Roots will clog screening equipment. That material must be set aside and stock piled to be used in the reclamation phase.

* Remove and stockpile any over burden from the area to be mined.

* Build the property fence.

* Build acess roads.

* Have power installed.

* Drill and case the water well and install pumps and piping.

* Build drainage facilities. Retention ponds, settling basins, debris basins, any require re-routing of natural water flow. Some of the ponds will probably require HDPE liners.

This all before equipment is installed. BTW. This will all take a lot of CASH. The folks doing this kind of work will not take Pinky stock for payment.

CC, you are pretty good at correcting spelling and punctuation, but, when talking about the kind of work Drake is faced with, I actually know what I'm talking about. Enjoy all that L your AO.
