Of course not glow, it was all just a big coincident... LOL

The company was charged with "FRAUD" in the class action lawsuit, and they "LOST" a settlement of over TWO MILLION DOLLARS. The investing public, just like with the AMEX, saw GlobeTel decide their case was so weak they didn't even feel their reputation was worth fighting for.

It's been a snowball effect ever since the class action suit was announced. And the snowball, just like the shareprice has been headed downhill ever since. You're completely wrong to characterize the class action lawsuit as a "non-event". We may never know exactly how many nails in the coffin it represents because there have also been so many other miserable failures by this company.

But make no mistake...

It was "not" a non-event!
