(the ''Company'') (Nasdaq: CMED), a leading China-based medical device company that develops, manufactures and markets advanced in-vitro diagnostic products and high intensity focused ultrasound tumor therapy systems, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2008 (''FY2007''), declare annual cash dividend for FY2007 and provide annual targets for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2009 (''FY2008'') before the U.S. market opens on June 12, 2008. The Company's fiscal year ends on March 31. The Company's management will host an earnings conference call at 8:00 a.m., Eastern Time on the same day of the earnings announcement (8:00 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time).
